Overview
Erica Elizabeth Kane, Esq. began her career at the Murphy Law Group, LLC in 2015. Later, in 2018, Erica joined the City of Philadelphia Law Department’s Labor & Employment Unit as an Assistant City Solicitor. During this time, Erica represented the City of Philadelphia in multiple labor arbitration, civil service, and federal employment litigation matters.
Erica returned to the Murphy Law Group, LLC in 2022, where she currently focuses her practice on employment discrimination and retaliation matters, wage and hour law, whistleblower protection, and Family and Medical Leave Act compliance. Erica resides in Philadelphia’s Society Hill neighborhood and enjoys cycling, skiing, and traveling with family and friends.
