A seasoned litigator, attorney Morgan J. Zucker joined the Murphy Law Group in June 2019 to focus on civil rights and employment litigation.

Prior to joining the Murphy Law Group, Mr. Zucker was a partner in a general practice/commercial litigation law firm in New Jersey where he represented a diverse array of clients and complex matters, including discrimination in employment and class actions. His success was built on experience gained as an associate in the litigation departments of Richardson & Patel, Philadelphia-based Wolf Block and New Jersey-based Flaster Greenberg. Throughout he has been widely recognized for his expertise in legal writing, a tremendous resource for clients.

Mr. Zucker attended law school at Georgetown University Law Center where he worked on one of the school’s major legal journals. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University where he majored in psychology and legal studies. Mr. Zucker is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as in federal courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Mr. Zucker has resided in Philadelphia for the past 18 years.
