Associate Attorney Rachel Rebecca Stevens joined the Murphy Law Group in January 2019.

Prior to joining the Murphy Law Group, Ms. Stevens was an associate with a consumer law firm for three years where she represented clients suing banks and debt collectors in federal court and private arbitration. Prior to that Ms. Stevens had her own solo practice in Allentown, Pennsylvania, representing disabled clients seeking Social Security Disability benefits.

Ms. Stevens also served on the board of the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living. Before that Ms. Stevens worked in private pension benefit administration in New Jersey and for a Social Security lawyer in California.
Ms. Stevens attended law school at the Temple University Beasley School of Law where she was a Reuben Public Interest Fellow and graduated top third of all students. While in law school, Ms. Stevens represented clients in unemployment compensation appeal hearings as a certified legal intern.

Ms. Stevens is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and California, as well as in federal courts in all of Colorado and Oklahoma and in the Northern District of Texas.
