Overview
Paralegal, Stephen M. Vitale, joined the Murphy Law Group, LLC in June of 2018. Since, Mr. Vitale has provided support in matters involving violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, PFPO, PHRA, NJ LAD, CEPA, PMWA, FLSA, and WPCL.
In his capabilities as a paralegal, Mr. Vitale assists in all phases of litigation, including but not limited to drafting EEOC charges of discrimination, PHRC complaints, commission rebuttals, and court pleadings. Additionally, Mr. Vitale effectively assists in reviewing and organizing documents, drafting discovery, and assisting attorneys with preparing for trial.
Mr. Vitale grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and in his spare time, enjoys spending time with his son.
